India Dares Kashmiris To Face Bullets

In an unethical and immoral tone, the state’s Principal Secretary (Home) Anil Goswami went on state run television and warned the people that if they attempt to violate the curfew, security forces would have to respond to ensure that they do not so.

Indirectly Goswami is stated to have hinted at security forces being empowered to shoot at sight any one trying to march towards Lal Chowk.

    You know “Padam”. This cannot be reached by road in winter. And to feed you beggars at Padam the Indian Army is spending 8 Lakhs rupees on helicopter fuel alone to fetch you eatables and other essential worth just a few thousand rupees. (Cooking oil, vegetables, ration, and kerosene-oil etc.)

    Who is paying for this? It is only the GoI and that is feeding you at an astonishing rate [words removed]. So you [word removed] should think twice before making any allegation against India and Indian Army.
