Don’t you know its hazardous to moon so much. The world has change a lot in the last 60 years!

Moon or no Moon, UN has never been serious in making Kashmir, a priority in its wishlist of tasks. Its just another statement by a just another UN chief on Kashmir. I dont feel UN can force India and Pakistan to resolve Kashmir. International community does not treat local elections as a solution. At times successful local elections in a disputed region becomes a big headache for the International community. Hamas in Palestine is an example. So elections have no relevance at all. Fact of the matter is that, problem of Kashmir is still there and cant be ignored for long.
